Parent-Teacher conferences are an excellent opportunity to discuss your child’s progress to date. At Milwaukee College Prep, conferences are mandatory. Conference Dates for the 2011–12 school year:
- Nov. 3rd (4:15–8:15pm) and Nov. 4th (8am-1pm)
- Feb. 2nd (4:15–8:15pm) and Feb. 3rd (8am-1pm)
- April 4th (4:15–8:15pm) and April 5th (8am-1pm)

Directions for Parents
Register (new users)
1. Enter your email address and push “Login/Create Account”.
2. Fill in the required fields and register.
3. For each child, enter a student ID which is your child’s first name and last name (exclude spaces, hyphens, Jr., II, etc. - Ex: BarackObama or OprahWinfrey)with no space in between. For the birthdate, use this format: 04/02/2001.
Sign In
If you’ve previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. The system will know about your appointments and the children you have added to your account.
Scheduling
1. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. Click on a square to book that time. Then click “Create Appointment”. You will also have the choice of setting a time when you would like a reminder email delivered.
- At any time you can click on “printable schedule” and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.
- If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account.
- If you have more than one appointment, they will be hidden. Click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. There will be links to modify the time, or cancel the appointment.
