If you believe you and your family qualify for free or reduced meals, please download and complete the application form. Please complete one form per household. The free or reduced prices will be applied only after the form is completed and returned to the school office.
The children in your household may qualify for free or reduced price meals if your household income falls within the limits on the following chart.
